Servo control typically requires a timing pulse of approximately 20ms. The high-level portion of this pulse, generally ranging from 0.5ms to 2.5ms, constitutes the angular control pulse segment, with a total interval of 2ms. Taking a 180-degree servo as an example, this corresponds to:
0.5ms————- -0 degrees
1.0ms————-45 degrees;
1.5ms————90 degrees:
2.0ms———–135 degrees;
2.5ms———–180 degrees;
360-degree servo: Functionally equivalent to a stepless speed-reducing motor, capable of controlling both speed and direction. It lacks the 0-360 degree angle control capability. Its control method and signal are identical to standard servos. It serves as a suitable power source for Wally modifications (when the high level signal is 1 millisecond to 1.5 milliseconds, the servo rotates forwards; at 1 millisecond the rotation speed is fastest, slowing as the signal approaches 1.5 milliseconds; at 1.5 milliseconds the servo stops). A high signal of 1.5 to 2 milliseconds causes reverse rotation (at 1.5 milliseconds the servo stops; the closer to 2 milliseconds, the faster the reverse speed; at 2 milliseconds it reverses at maximum speed).
